Funded Projects

Industry 4.0 Driven Quality Assurance for Additive Manufacturing and 3D Concrete Printing

QUGATE is proud to be a core partner in a three-year innovation project titled “Industry 4.0 Driven Quality Assurance for Additive Manufacturing and 3D Concrete Printing”, supported by the European Union through the OPZuid 2021-2027 programme and co-funded by the Province of North Brabant. In collaboration with AGMAH and Zavhy, QUGATE contributes its expertise in advanced data systems, artificial intelligence, and intelligent process automation to transform quality assurance within the additive manufacturing sector.

The project focuses on applying Industry 4.0 principles such as real-time monitoring, advanced analytics, and integrated digital systems to 3D printing and concrete additive manufacturing processes. QUGATE’s role involves developing and implementing smart digital infrastructures that enable continuous, data-driven quality control. These systems are designed to improve production consistency, boost operational efficiency, and reduce material waste.

For QUGATE, this initiative is a key part of its broader mission to accelerate the shift toward intelligent, resilient, and sustainable industrial ecosystems.
