QUGATE smart analysis tools are now available on the pSeven Enterprise Marketplace

QUGATE has joined the pSeven Enterprise Marketplace, making four smart analysis blocks available directly inside pSeven Enterprise workflows: Uncertainty Quantification, Sensitivity Analysis, Reverse Search Optimization, and Pareto Frontier.

From QUGATE’s perspective, this collaboration brings advanced analysis closer to the engineers who need it most. Our tools help teams extract deeper insight from fewer simulations and integrate intelligent engineering analysis into real industrial workflows.

QUGATE and pSeven host webinar on simulation efficiency

Together with pSeven, QUGATE hosted a live webinar exploring one of the most important questions in simulation-driven engineering: how many simulations do you really need before you can trust your results?

Using a real-world CFD case study, the webinar showcased how QUGATE's analysis technology helps engineers identify when a design space has been sufficiently explored and when additional simulations provide little additional value.

Funded project European Union OPZuid 2021-2027 programme

Industry 4.0 Driven Quality Assurance for Additive Manufacturing and 3D Concrete Printing

QUGATE is proud to be a core partner in a three-year innovation project titled “Industry 4.0 Driven Quality Assurance for Additive Manufacturing and 3D Concrete Printing”, supported by the European Union through the OPZuid 2021-2027 programme and co-funded by the Province of North Brabant.

In collaboration with AGMAH and Zavhy, QUGATE contributes its expertise in advanced data systems, artificial intelligence, and intelligent process automation to transform quality assurance within the additive manufacturing sector.

The project focuses on applying Industry 4.0 principles such as real-time monitoring, advanced analytics, and integrated digital systems to 3D printing and concrete additive manufacturing processes. QUGATE’s role involves developing and implementing smart digital infrastructures that enable continuous, data-driven quality control.

For QUGATE, this initiative is a key part of its broader mission to accelerate the shift toward intelligent, resilient, and sustainable industrial ecosystems.
